You have 3 days from the date you receive your order to request an exchange. We want to make sure you have enough time to decide if your purchase is just right.

Conditions for Exchange

We kindly ask that:

  • Items are in their original condition – unworn, undamaged, and with all tags and packaging intact.

  • You provide proof of purchase (like a receipt or order confirmation).

  • Please note that customized or personalized jewelry cannot be exchanged unless there’s a manufacturing defect.

  2. We’ll guide you through the process, including providing a return shipping label (if applicable) and packaging instructions.

Your Exchange Options

We want you to love what you take home, so you can choose from:
1️⃣ Exchange for a different product of equal or lesser value. If the new item costs less, we’ll refund the difference.
2️⃣ Upgrade to a higher-value product by paying the difference.
3️⃣ Receive a gift card for the value of the returned item to use on a future purchase.

Shipping Costs

  • If the exchange is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, we’ll cover the return shipping costs.

  • For exchanges based on personal preference or sizing issues, the return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, earrings and other personal hygiene-related items cannot be exchanged unless there’s a manufacturing defect.
